How do I pay rent, and when is it due?
Rent is due the first of each month and may be paid online through the resident portal by ACH, debit, or credit card. No cash is accepted. Convenience fees may be charged for online payments. Contact our management team or refer to your housing contract for more information.
-
How long is the lease agreement?
Lease agreements are 12 months.
-
What documents are required to apply as an international student?
International students may be asked to provide a few additional documents during the application process. This can include a valid passport, visa documentation, and proof of enrollment at a university.
Depending on the application, you may also need to provide proof of financial support or complete any required guarantor or third-party verification. For the most accurate list of requirements, it’s best to contact the leasing office directly.
-
Can I rent an apartment without a U.S. credit history?
Yes, you can still apply without a U.S. credit history. You’ll need to provide a guarantor or pay a security deposit to qualify. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
-
What if I don’t have a guarantor?
No problem! You can use a third-party guarantor service, which acts as a guarantor on your behalf for a fee. This is a helpful option for students who don’t have someone available to co-sign their lease.
